No. taken from the said reading: (3) By the resolution dated 01-04-2022 of this department mentioned above, teaching assistants working in the District/Town Education Committees of the State of Gujarat, Primary Teachers/Higher
New 'rules' for transfer of primary teachers to head teachers were announced. Some of the provisions of these 'rules' were challenged by various teachers and teaching assistants petitioners by filing writ petitions in the Hon'ble High Court. name in it. Taking into account the judgments given by the Gujarat High Court, read No.-(4) the above mentioned amendment resolution of the Education Department has been issued.

Thereafter district internal transfer camps were organized in which the name regarding the interpretation of some provisions of the resolution dated 01-04-2022 of this department. Writ-petitions were filed before Gujarat High Court. For all these reasons, as the provisions of the original resolution dated 01-04-2022 and the amendment resolution dated 14-10-2022 of this department require clarification, a committee has been formed by the Government to consider revising the transfer rules of teaching assistant teachers and the teaching assistant teachers in various meetings of this committee.

The amendments to the replacement rules were discussed and after the deliberations by the committee, amendments were suggested in this resolution.
Resolution
After careful and mature consideration of the details mentioned in the preamble, taking into consideration the recommendations of the committee and canceling the resolutions of the Education Department mentioned in No. (3) and No. (4) above, the following amended rules regarding the transfer of teaching assistants/teachers are published.
