Celebration Of World Mother Language Day On 21 February 2023 Tuesday at 9 o'clock in the morning 

World Mother Language Day celebration program has been organized under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Chief Minister. This program will be telecasted live on *BISAG* and *YOUTUBE*. Link to which is attached herewith.

International Mother Language Day on February 21 is in fact a day of movement for mother tongues. But We would call it a day of celebration, because language is a medium of expression.

We can express our thoughts and ourselves better in our mother tongue. There is no alternative to mother, mother tongue and motherland! We all have to work together for that. You love mother tongue. Brother! Today's theme of this day is also our mother tongue.

Today we see competition among parents to teach their children in English medium. Does a child studying in Gujarati fail to progress or make a career? Which medium can be chosen better for the child? Why have you put your child in Gujarati medium for studies? Many such questions naturally arise in the mind.

Based on our 3 -year experience with 'First', an organization working in the field of education, we are realizing that children should get education in their mother tongue and today we are following this. To One brother we asked if there is a special reason for teaching your offspring in the English medium? So his answer was that I was studying in a government primary school. But in my group, the children of all people are studying in the English medium, so I made this decision. However, it is necessary to get education in the mother tongue so that the culture survives. It is also a reality that my offspring has to work hard to ensure that the outside environment is not affected as well as to maintain the sacrament.
