Date of Finance Department Regarding the provision to be made for the return of the employee appointed on fixed salary under one of the policies of the resolution dated 19/6/2008 to resign from one cadre and return to the original cadre after being appointed in another cadre,
Bids and conditions of fixed salary employees have been fixed by the resolution dated 6/06/2018 of reference number- (2) against the reference number (1) of the finance department dated 19/08/2009, this policy is subject to direct recruitment.
Appointed fixed salary employees at the end of the fixed recruitment process during their fixed salary services tend to resign from the existing fixed salary post and get a new post when they are selected for another post of the same cadre in place of the upper cadre or regular pay scale.
But sometimes due to social reasons, geographical conditions as well as other reasons, the newly appointed place does not suit them. In these circumstances, the state government was under active consideration to make necessary provisions in this regard as no provisions were currently in force for the return of the employee to his previous cadre.
Date of Finance Department Employees of fixed salary appointed under the policy of 12/06/2008 during their fixed salary services are selected at the end of the prescribed recruitment process at another place of the same cadre, at the place of upper cadre or at the place of regular pay scale.
Such fixed salary employee resigns from his fixed salary cadre to another place in the same cadre, upper cadre post or regular pay scale post if he immediately submits to return to the previous original cadre (resigned cadre). Adult consideration of re-appointment in the cadre (in the resigned cadre) is hereby to make the following provisions at the end,
Under the policy enacted by the Resolution of the Department of Finance dated 18/06/2009, an employee appointed on fixed salary resigned from one cadre and from another cadre of fixed salary of the same cadre or upper cadre or from the post of regular cadre of the upper cadre.
The benefit of return to service will be given for a period of up to 01 (one) year of their new appointment. Thus a fixed salary employee returning to the original cadre will immediately lose the prerogative of his previous original cadre and it will be considered as his new appointment.
