Latest Circular on Involvement of  Teachers in NISHTHA Teacher Training

Regarding the above subject to state that last year NISHTHA training was conducted in the entire state of Gujarat. In which 89297 primary school teachers were trained from face to face mode. 

Due to the epidemic of Kovid-12, this year the training will be conducted through online mode through the loyalty course on the initiation platform.

To connect primary teachers (including Government, Granted, KGBV, Ashram School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School and Sainik School) through Nishtha on Diksha course for primary school teachers who did not take Nishtha training last year.

This training is going to start in Gujarat from October 3, 2020. District Primary Education Officer as well as District Loyalty teacher by making necessary coordination with the Education Officer

A well-referenced letter states that the necessary arrangements have to be made for the smooth implementation of the training. It is better to plan in coordination with the District Primary Education Officer as well as the District Education Officer.

Teachers who have been faithfully trained in face-to-face mode last year, K.R.P. And teachers who have not taken loyalty training in the previous year will have to join 18 courses of loyalty through https://diksha.gov.in/explore unless they have to join SRPA.

Necessary instructions for engaging in teacher training are given in the reference letter. A copy of the letter is attached herewith. Training time period:

Those who have done the translation of the Diet Loyalty module and those who have made the presentation are asked by the principal / lecturer (not more than two, the principal and one lecturer or two lecturers in total) to be present at the good baysag to make the presentation at the time and date mentioned below. 

Why module in this presentation?What skills will be developed after the completion of this course?how this course will be useful in the classroom ? etc. to cover the issues in such a way that the matter is covered in 30 to 50 minutes. In addition to this, according to the accompanying form, diet faculties are asked to make good orders to attend.

Each teacher will have to prepare a course wise report (module wise total 12) on how to apply the lessons learned in the training in the classroom and submit it to the CRC co-ordinator during the period of homework. 

The CRC Co-ordinator has to prepare the register for the report submitted by the teacher coursewise (module wise total 12) as per the sample given below and submit it to the BRC Co-ordinator by 5th November 2020.
