SBI started this facility

State Bank of India (SBI) has launched this facility for its account holders. Any Jan Dhan account holder can know about his balance by calling 18004253800 or 1800112211.

Account holders will be able to call here from their registered phone number. You can get information about your five transactions at a time. In addition, SBI account holders can also get this information by calling 9223766666 from a registered mobile number.

This is how the phone number has to be registered

No need to worry if your phone number is not registered with the bank even though you are a Jandhan account holder. You can register your number with the account by texting 09223488888. In this message you have to send REG AccountNumber.
