- Revenue Department Notification No. GHM - 1 - 5 - M - STP 5 - 9 - H 3 hrs 9/3/1 To state the above, the revised rates of fixed amount of stamp duty in Schedule-II of Gujarat Stamp Act-1 in the State.
Implemented since 1/2/3. As per these revised rates, the public is requested to report to the revenue offices, financial lending institutions in the area of your jurisdiction, the offices / institutions where such documents are used to file the stamp duty.
In addition, it is requested to publish the revised rates in the daily newspapers in your district. Along with this the revised rate detail sheet is included, enclosure: -
