Eligibility of Candidate: -
Students who are studying in Government Primary Schools, Local Body Schools (District Panchayat / Municipal / Municipal School) Granted Primary and Non Granted Primary Schools in Std. 8 in the current academic year will be able to appear for the Primary Education Scholarship Examination.
Must have obtained at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in Std-9.
Secondary Education Scholarship Examination:
Students who are studying in Government Secondary Schools, Local Body Schools, Granted Secondary and Non-Granted Secondary Schools in Std. 8 in the current academic year will be able to appear for the Secondary Education Scholarship Examination.
Must have obtained at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in Std-9.
Course:
Primary Education Scholarship Examination The syllabus for the Primary Education Scholarship Examination will be from Std. 1 to 8. Secondary Education Scholarship Examination The syllabus for the Secondary Education Scholarship Examination will be from Std. 6 to 8.
Income limit:
The income limit for Primary Education Scholarship Examination and Secondary Education Scholarship Examination is not taken into account.
How to apply online: -
The application will be accepted online by the State Examination Board in respect of this advertisement. Candidates can fill up the application form on www.sebexam.org between 08/01/2071 from 12.00 noon to 9/01/2021 (up to 7.5 pm).
The candidate has to follow the following steps to apply.
The application will be considered valid only after paying the fee after confirming the application form.
• The entire form should be filled in English.
• First go to www.sebexam.org.Click on Apply online.
Click on Apply Now in front of Primary Scholarship Examination (Std-9) ”or“ Secondary Scholarship Examination (Std-6).
All the information provided will have to be filled.
Student details should be filled on the basis of DISE Number.
• For school details have to be filled on the basis of school DISE Number.
• Now clicking on save will save your data. Here the Application Number of the candidate will be generated which the candidate has to save.
Now click on upload photo- Signature at the top of the page. Type your Application Number here and type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit. Photo and signature here Upload To upload a photo and signature, first of all your photo and signature should be in JPG format (15 Kb) in the computer in such a way that it does not exceed the size.
Click on Browse Button. Now select the file in which your Photo is stored in JPG format from the Choose Fle screen. And click the Open Button. Now click on upload button next to Browse button, now your photo will appear next to it. Now you have to upload the signature in the same way.
• Now click on confirm Application. Type your Application Number here and type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit. If you want to modify the application here, edit it by clicking on Edit Application. Any modification can be made in the application before confirming the application. But no amendment can be made in the application after the application is confirmed.
Click on confirm only if there is no need to amend the application. Clicking on Confirm will accept the application of the candidate online and only after that it will be considered valid.
• Now click on Print Application & Fee chalan. Type your confirmation number here and type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit. પ્રિ Delete print of your application form and fee currency from here.
• Then any computerized Indian post office branch in Gujarat will be able to pay the examination fee in cash or through ATM CARD / NET BANKING through online payment gateway.
How to pay the fee:
In order to pay the examination fee, the candidate has to print the currency slip after confirming the application and deposit this pay slip in cash at any computerized Indian post office branch in Gujarat.
• Candidate can also pay the examination fee through ATM CARD / NET BANKING through online payment gateway.
• After filling the application form in the computerized post office of Gujarat as a fee acceptance center, the examination fee can be paid by printing the fee currency. Two thirds of the printed currency will be refunded by the post office.
