Latest circular dated 11/01/2021 of the Director regarding making internal transfers of the district through computerized system.
With reference to the above subject and reference, a time bound program for making online transfers from the computerized system to the transfers of the demands of the primary teachers has been sent along with this. The necessary instructions are as follows.
1. First of all District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer has to login with Default Password on the given website www.dpegujarat.in and enter the vacancies by changing the Password. A list of all the medium schools with taluka wise vacancies in that district will have to be prepared in the primary department and upper primary department wise information and entered in the online software. Subject wise spaces should be indicated in the upper primary section. (1.Language, 2.Mathematics, 3.Social Science)
(A) As on 31/08/20, as per the approved establishment, the vacancies as on 31/12/2020 should be uploaded considering the vacancies.
(B) In case of non-dismissal of teachers who have ordered school allotment as per option in the district division while uploading vacancies, the existing school of the teacher shall be shown as vacancy. And the school to which the allotment has been made shall be deemed to have filled the space.
(C) In case the primary teacher / teaching assistant has been previously transferred internally or district wise and has not been dismissed due to more than 10% vacancy, the original school vacancy shall be shown as vacancy and the vacancy in the transfer school shall be deemed to be filled.
(D) Name for any place in any district, if any matter is pending in the court, such places shall not be shown as vacancies.
2. Primary teachers / teaching assistants who want to transfer internally have to fill the required details on the suggested website and submit the online application. 3. A printed copy of the confirmed application shall be accompanied by the signature-coins of the headmaster of the school. Then the necessary supporting evidence has to be submitted to the concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. The concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer should verify the required supporting evidence and give the access to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant regarding the receipt of the application
