Latest Circular Regarding Inclusion of Some New Category / Sub Category to The List of Unreserved Class
Non-reserved class species have been determined by the resolution dated 05/12/2018 shown in the reading number (1), in which a total of 69 species have been included in the list of non-reserved class species (Appendix-2).
New species as well as synonyms have been included in the list of non-reserved class species by the resolutions dated 01/01/2018 and dated 30/06/2017 respectively in the numbers (2) and (3) read.
Non-reserved class applicants / institutions who are not included in the list of non-reserved class species were introduced here to include their race in the list of non-reserved class species.
Pursuant to which the matter of inclusion of remaining castes / sub-castes in the list of non-reserved class castes was under consideration of the Government.
Resolution
1. At the end of the adult consideration, the following species / sub-species are included in the list of non-reserved class species shown in Appendix-C of the Resolution dated 05/12/2017 shown in the reading number (1).
4. The list of non-reserved class species has been published to facilitate issuance of certificates to the competent authorities.
Candidates of caste whose caste, group or group other than Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes / Other Backward Classes have not been mentioned in the list of Non-Reserved Classes by the Resolution dated 05/06/2017 shown in No. (2).
Applicants will also have to be issued a certificate of non-reserved class by the competent authority, the instructions are reiterated here.
5. Other instructions of the resolution dated 07/12/2018 for issuing certificates of non-reserved class will remain the same.
This resolution is made on the file of the same number as per the approval received from the note of the Government dated 12/10/2050.
