Open Gujarat Online Dance Competition On Patriotic Song Will be Organized By Takshashila Vidhyalaya of Halvad - Dist.Morbi On Independence Day.
According to the new guideline of the government, the upcoming Independence Day is to be celebrated with social distesting, so the students of the school will not be able to come to the school, so an open Gujarat online dance competition will be organized by Takshashila Vidyalaya of Halvad in Morbi district.
Each student will have to make a one minute video on the patriotic song at home and upload it along with the registration form on the Takshashila Vidyalaya blog.
There are three rounds of competition.
1. Audition round
2. Semi-finals
3. Final round
There is a separate section for Takshashila Vidyalaya students in which outside competitors will not be involved.
The last date to accept online registration for the audition round is the 4th August,2020.
Students selected for the final competition will have to send a video of their performance on the patriotic song provided by the school four days before the final.
To be selected in the next round, students will have to pay close attention to facial expressions, body posture, costume dressing and lyrics.
The winner of the final will be announced based on the "Likes and Votes" received on social media.
There will be five age groups in the Dance Competition.
(A) Bhagat Singh Group - including Nursery and KG
(B) Azad Gup - in which Std: 1 to 8
(C) Sardar Chup - in which standard - 6 to 8
(D) Tilak Group - in which Std. 8 to 12
(E) Savarkar Group - In which open section (collegian and any guardian can participate).
All participating contestants will be given an online certificate.
The names of the winning students will be announced on 15th August at 11:00 pm. Those contestants will be awarded trophies.
