A brief history of the congregation and reference to its composition.General Administration Department of the Government of Gujarat: Resolution No. 3-4-8: From KBY-1-5A-8.5, the "Staff Selection Commission" was constituted to perform its assigned functions. Resolution No.-7-5 of the Department of the Year: From KBY-1-5G-8, it is decided to keep the name of this Commission, its functioning, jurisdictional matters, to make it more precise, keeping in mind the "Gujarat Employee-3 Sambadi Mandal". There was a Commission called 'Gujarat Public Service Commission' in the State of Rantu State, there could not be two commissions for the same purpose. A: The Board has been renamed as "Gujarat Subordinate Service-7 Sandogi Mandal" from KBY-1-RR-G.1. This office holds the status of the head of the department.
Gujarat Subordinate Service - Duties of the Board of Directors:Recruitment of vacancies filled with direct recruitment of Class-II of Non-Secretariat Cadre; Employing this dependency to the dependents of the employees, conducting account-wise reservations of all the cadres of Class-I, etc., of all the departments / heads of departments under the State Government.
Objectives
Direct recruitment of class-1 cadre of non-secretarial service under the state government was conducted by the state government. Work on filling up the posts of Class-II Tantric Cadets of Departments / Department Heads under the State Government from time to time. A member of the dependent family of employees has also been assigned the task of conducting departmental examinations of all classes of Class-I in the job, and of all departments / departments under the State Government

Candidates selected by the Secondary Service Selection Board are appointed on the technical / non-administrative places of the non-secretarial service of different Class-I in different departments of the Government as well as in the offices of various departments. When a petition is sent to Govt. Mandal in this regard, advertisement is published in the leading newspapers of the State to fill the vacancies of Class-II as prescribed in the Govt.
Candidates selected by the Secondary Service Selection Board are appointed on the technical / non-administrative places of the non-secretarial service of different Class-I in different departments of the Government as well as in the offices of various departments. The final selection of the candidates is made by conducting a competitive examination in accordance with the rules of recruitment in the cadre which the Board chooses. And then the names of the selected candidates are recommended to the Government.
